1. 1. Who we are

   Fannan is operated by Big Cat Animation LLC, Cairo, Egypt (“Fannan”, “we”). You can reach us at support@fannan.net.

2. 2. Your account

   You need to be at least 16 years old to make a Fannan account. Keep your sign-in email secure; you’re responsible for what happens on your account.

   One person per account. Your username must follow our rules (no offensive or misleading names) and we may take back names that are reserved or used to impersonate someone.

3. 3. Your work stays yours

   You own everything you upload. You give Fannan a limited permission to store, copy, resize and show your work so we can run your site, make web versions of your files and show your site where you choose (for example in previews and, if you agree, on our Examples page).

   This permission ends when you delete the work or your account, except for copies in backups that are deleted on their normal schedule.

4. 4. What you may post

   You may only post work you made or have the right to show, and you must follow our Content policy, which is part of these terms. Artistic nudity and mature themes are allowed; pornography is not.

   We may hide work, unpublish a site or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we’ll tell you why.

5. 5. Free and Pro

   The Free plan has no time limit. Pro is paid once for 3, 6 or 12 months and never renews automatically. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds in Egypt and US dollars elsewhere; the currency is fixed when you start paying.

   Buying more Pro while it’s active adds the time after your current end date. When Pro ends you have 7 days of grace; then your site moves to Free and anything Free doesn’t include is hidden, not deleted.

   Refunds: within 14 days of paying, as long as your site wasn’t published on your own domain. Write to support@fannan.net.

6. 6. Your own domain

   You’re responsible for the domain you connect and its renewal with your domain company. If Pro ends, your domain stops showing your site and visitors are sent to your Fannan address.

7. 7. Ending your account

   You can delete your account in Settings at any time. Your site goes offline at once and everything is deleted after 14 days. You can export your site before that.

   We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

8. 8. The service

   We work hard to keep Fannan fast and online, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or improve features; if a change takes away something you paid for, we’ll make it right.

   Fannan is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. 9. Changes to these terms

   If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in your dashboard before the change takes effect.

10. 10. Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo handle any dispute, unless the law of your country gives you other rights.
