Questions about paying
Does Pro renew automatically?
No. You pay once for 3, 6 or 12 months. We email you 14 days and 3 days before it ends, and you decide whether to add more time.
What if I buy more while Pro is still on?
The new months are added after your current end date, so you never lose a day.
What happens when Pro ends?
You get 7 days of grace. Then your site moves to Free: projects beyond your newest 8, password pages and your own domain are hidden, and the small Fannan credit returns. Nothing is deleted, and it all comes back when you go Pro again.
Why do I see EGP or USD?
Prices follow your country: Egyptian pounds in Egypt, US dollars everywhere else. The currency is fixed once you start paying.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of paying, as long as your site wasn’t published on your own domain. Write to support@fannan.net.
How can I pay?
By card through Paymob, Egypt’s payment company. Depending on your country you may also see mobile wallets or Fawry.
